The agreement governing our services

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tracklyt Ltd governing your use of our luxury concierge services, website, and mobile application. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership is available to individuals 18+ who meet our eligibility criteria. We offer various tiers with specific benefits and fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We provide lifestyle management including travel planning, restaurant reservations, event access, personal shopping, transportation, and personal assistance. While we endeavour to fulfil all requests, availability is subject to third-party providers.
You are responsible for membership fees and all service costs including third-party charges, handling fees, and applicable taxes. Standard bookings require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
Members must provide accurate information, maintain valid payment details, respond promptly to communications, treat staff respectfully, and not use services for illegal purposes.
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages or third-party service failures.
You may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for Terms breach or with 30 days notice for any reason. Outstanding charges remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
